FROM SANTOS DUMONT SDU AIRPORT TO ARRAIAL DO CABO SHARED SHUTTLE SERVICE

* Drop-offs are made only at Arrail do Cabo hotels, pousadas and hostels. If you are renting a private apartment or house, or staying off the penisular, you will be dropped at a nearby hotel or other location. Please advise of your pick-up and drop-off details after making your reservation.

* The journey time advertised on our website is based on travel during good weather and normal traffic conditions. We do not take responsibility for unexpected delays caused by circumstances out of our control.

* This is a shared transfer, and journey time may be affected by drop-off locations in Arrail do Cabo of the other passengers. 

* Luggage allowance is one standard sized suitcase or backpack, and one smaller carry-on bag.

 Galeao (GIG) International Airport Reception

*If you arrive between 07:00am and 22:00pm, there will be someone to meet you at the arrival gate with a sign which says 'BUZIOS TRANSFERS'. 

*If you arrive outside the above hours, you will be required to be at the airport meeting point 30 minutes before your scheduled departure.  We provide you with details on your confirmation.

*The airport representative will wait at the exit for you up until 1.15 hours after your flight has been confirmed as landed.  If you exit later than this, you will be required to contact the numbers we provided, and go to the meeting point.

*If your flight is delayed, our airport representative will monitor your flight until 23:00pm and upon landing you will be placed on the next departing vehicle which has availability. If no availability can be found, you must direct your complaint to your airline company or contract a private transfer.

Santos Dumont (SDU) Airport Meeting Point

 *You will be provided with the location of the meeting point in the arrival terminal.  You are required to be at the meeting point 30 minutes before your scheduled departure.

*If you miss your departure, you are required to make contact to check availability for the next departure from SDU.  If there is no other departure available, you will be notified of availability departing from the Rio Galeao Airport, and will need to make your way there for.
