*If you arrive between 07:00am and 22:00pm, there will be someone to meet you at the arrival gate with a sign which says 'BUZIOS TRANSFERS'.
*If you arrive outside the above hours, you will be required to be at the airport meeting point 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. We provide you with details on your confirmation.
*The airport representative will wait at the exit for you up until 1.15 hours after your flight has been confirmed as landed. If you exit later than this, you will be required to contact the numbers we provided, and go to the meeting point.
*If your flight is delayed, our airport representative will monitor your flight until 23:00pm and upon landing you will be placed on the next departing vehicle which has availability. If no availability can be found, you must direct your complaint to your airline company or contract a private transfer.
